Danube Business Talks & Danube Business Dating 

The working language of the Webinar is English. Admission on Danube Business Talks is free of charge but registration is mandatory.

Step 1 – Online registration for all participants
In the first step click on the registration button on the right to provide some personal and company data and register for the Danube Business Talks webinar and Danube Business Dating. After registration an automated e-mail will be sent to you.

Step 2 - Book your meetings in Danube Business Dating (optional)

Danube Business Dating is a quick an easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. This year the meetings will take place digitally in a private meeting room. People meet and greet at high speed. The meeting slots will cover 10 minutes and each participant of the Danube Business Talks webinar can also participate at the Danube Business Dating.

Booking procedure

• Register for Danube Business Dating.
• Select your meeting partner from 1 October to 13 October (day of the conference).
• At the same time each participant is able to request meetings with you which you can accept or decline.
• Here you can find all (available) participants by choosing "matchmaking" in the filter option.
• You will receive your personal meeting agenda for Danube Business Dating from the organiser and you can download it anytime under “meetings”. 
• Your Danube Business Dates will be bilateral online meetings between you and your meeting partners (100% confidential!).

Step 3 – Participate in the Livestream Webinar

• The livestream will be available here for registered participants only. 
  
• Log in and click "Live Stage" in the navigation bar on the top. 
• You can ask questions and give comments via the chat function.
• In addition, selected questions and comments will be forwarded to the moderator.

Step 4 – Participate in Danube Business Dating (optional)

• Danube Business Dating is available for registered participants only. 
• You will receive your personal virtual meeting link for each time slot.
• Log in and click "Agenda/My Agenda" or "Meetings" in the navigation bar on the top. 
• Here you can see all your meetings and the starting time. 
• Just click it and start Danube Business Dating.

Please stick to your schedule! You do not want to face other participants with no-shows or wait for your dating partner in vain. In case you cannot participate in a meeting, contact us to arrange a meeting shift which can be accepted by both partners.
